Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you've changed your mind or are not happy with our range of shoes, clothing or accessories please feel free to contact us or simply return the items by posting them back to us. Please ensure you include a note with your order number in your parcel. Please note refunds will only be granted if the items are unworn and "as new" and notified to us within 60 days of receiving your parcel.

We highly recommend you use a tracked mail service to return your goods to us. Returns postage is at the buyer's expense.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your return. The funds can take up to a further 5 working days to show in your bank account.
How do I make a return or exchange?
In the parcel please include a note of your name, email address, order number and request. Then you will post it back to us at the address above.
Part-Refunds
If you choose to keep some of your items but not all, you will be refunded minus the full price for the items you have kept.
For example, if you took advantage of our 5 for 4 offer and returned one item, you will be refunded minus the cost of the four items you have kept.
Exchanges
Exchanges to items of the same value are free. Please indicate in your returns parcel which item you'd like to exchange.
Faulty Goods
You must notify us of any faulty goods within 14 days of receiving the delivery of your parcel.
Personalised Goods
Personalised goods are non-refundable.
